Returns

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your Essential Melt Co. products but if you have any problems at all we are here to help. Contact us via email: theessentialmeltcompany@gmail.com for further assistance and we shall respond as soon as we can.

Our return policy is 21 days. If 21 days has passed since your purchase, after this period we can not guarantee a refund or exchange.

The upper most care is taken to ensure your products packed safely during shipping, please bare in mind that beyond our hands damages may occur.

We will replace or refund products damaged due to our error if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 3 days. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection process 

If approved, a refund will be arranged and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: 
Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us for return address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning said item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €50 consider using a trackable postal service etc as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
